Apple vs. Thinksecret Controversy

Shape of days blog has put out an objective  commentary on the issue. It helped me clear up the facts behind it and i have to say i am with Apple on this. As Shape of Days says this is not about bloggers’ rights but about basic legal issues.

    I also concur with the article. The thing I have to disagree though is the statement that dumping toxic is a trade secret.

    Even if journalists are this special breed of folks with certain legal rights, there is this thing called ethics. Reading this article reminded of journalists being paid to promote Bush’s policies!!
