    What exactly is the precise difference between flat and an apartment? Is this really an investment in the current real estate market space? Normally, all the indians believe(d) that an independent house has a strong potential to get appreciated based on the market value and a flat/apartment system tend to depreciate from the minute it is purchased? What are your views around this – Have you written about it already?
