    Good Picks,
I liked the first question to be asked. So it translates into “thinking” about what you are doing . The key is to always be concious about how we are spending our time and acts and then only we can make those changes

Leadership article – So much about being humble and good 😉

Lee Child`s article was good – will share with Akila and Meenaks – The story writers 😉

Interesting one on negotiation – I think as you said it is all about passion. It rubs off if you are passionate enough

Thanks Veena. Glad you liked the picks.

Yes thinking is good. While the author didn’t mention it explicitly, the approach being advocated goes by the name Deliberate Practice.

Yes leadership is quite simple actually.

Lee Child’s article is brilliant. You are an excellent storyteller and you can use it too. I plan to try also.

Yes Steve’s passion is legendary. For me the takeaway is that you want to be extremely ambitious with the goals of the negotiation. Something that my negotiation guru Richard Shell had taught me. Al though I teach from his material, I don’t emphasize this aspect as much as I should be. Will be making that change.
